Want A Baby? Eat Ice Cream
By Helen Potter
Good news girls - it turns out that ice cream is good for you. The bad news is that it's good for getting you pregnant. But back on the bright-side: the low-fat stuff just doesn't cut it.
Researchers in the Department of Nutrition at Harvard School of Public Health, Boston, Massachusetts, have found that women who ate at least one serving of high-fat dairy products a day reduced their risk infertility by lack of ovulation (anovular infertility) by 27%.
However, women who ate two or more servings of low-fat dairy products, by contrast, increased their risk of anovular infertility by 85% compared to women who ate one low-fat serving or less per week.

The study of 18,555 women between 1991 and 1999 also showed that the more ice cream the women ate, the lower their risk. A woman eating ice cream two or more times a week had a 38% lower risk compared to a woman who ate ice cream less than once a week.
In other words - if you want a baby, hit the Ben and Jerry's.
