Pneumatic shoe lacing apparatus
It looks like something designed by NASA for a Mars landing, but in fact, it’s the very latest idea for keeping your shoes on.
Webbing around the shoe is attached to tether lines inside cavities, which allow them to slide over each other to produce a tight fit. If that wasn’t enough, a gas cylinder at the back causes the laces to be clamped in place, ensuring a vice-like grip for any foot.
Slippers need never slip again.
