Better Than Sliced Bread... Solar Polar Rock-N-Rollers

Dwight Sloan's wacky creation entered the American public's consciousness in 2006 when it was featured on a reality TV show for inventors.  It's basically a cooler with an integrated solar panel.  Quite brilliantly though, any surplus energy can be siphoned off to power all sorts of other appliances including laptops and mobile phones.

This has got to be the ultimate survival gadget.  "Oh no, we've been marooned on a desert island.  It's a good thing I thought to bring my handy ice box - I'll just plug my mobile into it and call us a helicopter."  Not only that, but your emergency call will be completely carbon neutral.  (Let's ignore the chopper emissions for a minute).  Never mind all that anyway - I just like the name.

Better than sliced bread because:
Not only does it have a cool name, it's environmentally friendly and you can store your beers in it.  What more could you want?

Roll-off-the-tongue factor:
It's a damn good name, but perhaps a little cumbersome for what we're looking for here.  As much as I like it, I fear eight syllables may be a bit of a stretch.

Innovation rating:
Good, but clearly not good enough.  A brief flurry of interest in his product early on seems to have waned leaving Mr Sloan sadly in want of a cash injection.

SCORE: 6/10

Okay, so what's better than Solar Polar Rock-N-Rollers?
