According to Virmaram Jat, an Indian farmer who, at the ripe old age of 88, has just fathered a child and is planning more.
Perhaps we should all take a leaf out of Virmaram's book, whose recipe for fertility includes camel's milk, a vegetarian diet, regular exercise and abstaining from cigarettes and alcohol. But when it comes to his love life, this dude's not abstaining from anything. He lives with both his first wife, who is 85, and third, 45 years his junior and the mother of his child and claims to enjoy daily love-making sessions without so much as a sniff ofViagra. Ooh matron. How does he keep it up?
A study published only last month by the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that DNA in sperm appears to fragment as men get older and many health advisors suggest men don't produce enough viable sperm for conception past their seventies. So how this old man managed to pull it off at nearly ninety is beyond us.
Quite frankly, at that age, we don't even want to know how it happened. But if rampant wrinklies really float your boat, then you'll be interested to know that Jat recommends between 2am and 4am as the best time for sex. Well, with that many years' experience, who wouldn't take his advice?
